Dental Treatment*- US $ 250
Resulting from injury to sound natural teeth.
Repatriation of Remains- upto medical sum insured
Covers the funeral expenses or expenses of repatriating the remains back to India, in case of death overseas. This benefit is included under the Medical Cover.
* Deductible of US$ 100. This deductible is applicable on per illness (complete treatment) basis and not on per visit to the doctor / hospital.

For Cashless Settlement

2. TPA would validate and authenticate the claim
3. TPA settles bills directly with hospitals/ provides remittance
For Reimbursement Settlement

Documents required for filing a claim
- Duly completed and signed claim form
- Policy copy
- Air ticket jacket / boarding pass
Additional documents required
For Health Cover
- Original Doctor’s statement mentioning the ailment and treatment prescribed
- Original hospital bills / receipts for the amount fully settled. In case of unsettled hospital bills, to furnish the original payment receipts, which give a clear indication that, the amount due to the hospitals have been settled in full.
For Delay of Baggage
- Original receipts for emergency purchases made during the period when the baggage was delayed
- Letter from airline as to when the baggage was returned back to the insured and if any compensation is paid for settlement of claim for delay of baggage.
For Loss Of Baggage
- Property Irregularity Report issued by the airlines.
- Letter from airline confirming that the baggage has been permanently lost
- And if any compensation is paid towards settlement of claim Description of items lost along with relevant bills (bills are must for items valued in excess of USD100)
For Loss Of Passport
- Receipts for obtaining duplicate passport / travel documents
- Made to embassy of India for making duplicate passport, Emergency

All benefits/reimbursements mentioned here is up to the maximum limit specified against each in the Part I of the Schedule.
Maximum duration per trip: 365 days.
Minimum age of insured persons is 16 years.
Maximum age of insured persons is 35 years.
Non-insurable persons: professional and semi-professional sportsmen.
The policy should start before commencement of the trip for the total duration of the trip.

What is ‘compassionate visit’ and how is it beneficial?
In case of the insured being hospitalized for more than 7 days the family members can visit the student abroad. They are eligible for round class economy class tickets and accommodation for the trip would be provided to the person visiting.
